Menus - Printed menus are available as a general guideline. Our catering specialists and Chef welcome the opportunity to customize a menu to meet your specific taste or event theme. Because our food is prepared fresh, the Chef reserves the right to make slight substitutions in the unlikely event that an ingredient or item is out of season or unavailable. Due to market fluctuations, all menu items are subject to change.

Postage, photocopy, and fax services are available.
The Power Center provides access to guests, floral, photography, music, and linen vendors, and event consultants or you may select a vendor of your choice. We will also accommodate small pre-event deliveries. Talk to our sales and catering staff about how we can help meet you needs.
Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. After hours and weekends are by appointment only.

We will be pleased to coordinate the services for centerpieces, special props, and sculptures to create a particular theme and/or decor. Any other decorations, such as banners or streamers, must be mutually agreed upon before the event. Mirror tiles and votive candles can be provided at no additional charge.

Our sales and catering teams are poised and ready to assist you with every detail. Wedding amenities include ice sculptures, butler passed hors d’oeuvers, comfortable round tables for 8 or 10 and more.
